How to get rid of problematic tenant
Hello everyone. I manage a multi tenant strip center. Over the past year, one of the tenant has become problematic and causing a hostile environment for the rest of the center. This tenant still has one year left on the existing lease. I want to heard strategy on how to remove this tenant without involving lawyer.
