Section 8 Management Companies

Good afternoon,

I’m writing to the Shreveport/Bossier City rental investor community to ask about experiences with section 8 rental companies. I’m a new investor in the area and am gathering as much information as I can to be proactive. 

What has your experience with management companies in this area been like? Which company is the best? How was the process? What problems have you run in to? What did you wish you knew going in?
