Peoria, IL - building a team

Hi all, I'm expanding into the Peoria, IL market where I grew up, with a 2/1 SFH rental house in West Peoria, near Bradley University. I'm looking for any recommendations for team members, especially Property Managers as I currently live out of state, and also contractors / handymen. Searching the forums, I found older posts about 309 Property Management, but no others by name in the last few years.

Any advice/recommendations are much appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Zach
