Maintenance help in Buffalo!

Hi Everyone,

I am a local Buffalo investor for the past 5 years or so, utilizing almost exclusively BRRR in the west side. New to BiggerPockets. I have been relying on a single contractor for all of my renovations, repairs, etc. This worked fine when I had 3-4 properties, but now he just can't keep up. I'm looking for someone reliable to do basic upkeep. Or maybe I need another good contractor to do the renovations and then that person will take responsibility for the property moving forward? I'm curious how others who are doing "fix and hold" strategy are handling this. Thanks so much!
