Property management companies from a distance

Matt Jepson
Posted

First time posting after reading through other posts and trying to learn tips from everyone else.

In our situation, local market is expensive to get in to and makes positive cash flow difficult to see other than STR's. Even then, those seem to have a high cost of entry. Looking for input from anyone with experience finding/working with property management companies in other cities or states that may have better market situations. I've been looking into a few in the San Antonio area (we are nearby) as well as out of Texas such as the Midwest, but it seems hard to have a good critical appraisal of a company from afar.

Thanks for any and all input!
