comp due to water issues
water pipe ruptured huge mess tenant had to stay with relative for a few days and our manager promised unspecified compensation for tenants troubles. Decent tenant we have no prob issuing a comp credit to their rent payments but how much is fair? Rent is $800 per month on this particular smaller unit. Thanks
