Finding old appraisal on property

Matt Koche
Posted

Hi all,

My dad is looking for an old appraisal from 2017 on an investment property he owns. He can not remember the appraiser's name and has no documents of the appraisal, but he remembers the value. The appraisal is needed to do a cost seg on his property. Does anyone know a good way to find an old appraisal? I have looked up the public records on the house, but no luck.
