Rent Reporting for building credit

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any experience or recommendations for rent reporting to help tenants build credit. I was recently asked by tenants if this was an option so I wanted to look into it more. A free app that I saw was Piñata, has any one had any reviews on it or similar apps?

Thank you BP community!
