Mobile Home Park Management Tips Please!

Elizabeth Park
Posted

Hi

My husband and I own mobile home parks in Peru. They are distressed and we are working to turn the parks around. We are working on metering each mobile home unit with its own meter. Do you have any advice on an efficient and affordable way to make this happen? We have a property manage who is also a contractor. We also have a big bill with gardening. Any tips on reducing the cost with gardening? Any other advice on running mobile home parks smoothly is appreciated. Thank you!

@Elizabeth Park to reducing gardening cost, requires upfront cost. Invest in hardscapes that require less maintenance. If you just quit spending on it the park will look more distressed. Make sure what you are doing makes sense, and you aren't currently being wasteful.

Best of luck!
