Lease interpretation for "Default"

Hello BP community. I will hopefully soon be leasing a SFH in Texas. I'm preparing a lease agreement and curious to know what number you would put in the section below if, for example, rent is considered late after the 5th calendar of the month and you would want to serve 3-day notice on 6th calendar day.
