Is it worth renovating ?

John Johnsen
Posted

Hi, im selling my 40 kvm apartment. The kitchen table and the drawer under my toilet sink is old an ugly. Im thinking about renovating it so it looks a bit better and so it dosen't scare away buyers. Do you think it's worth the time and money to renovate it?

thank on advance :)

If the entire house looks run down like this, then no it does not make sense to spend your money on any renovations.

If the rest of the house is nice and clean and these are the only eyesores, then yes you should renovate these areas.
