Favorite rent collection system? 🤔

What is your favorite system for rent collection?

I am a HUGE proponent of Apartments.com and absolutely love that platform. It is completely free for both the tenant and the landlord, (unless your tenant chooses to pay with a credit card, then there is a 2.75% fee of the rent as well for them 😬).

It links up directly to your bank account and theirs, and you can see the statuses for when payments are in process and delivered etc.

There are options to use leases and a few other tools but I don’t use them, I use the standard MA leases outside of the platform and either have tenants digitally sign via Dotloop or have an in person signing depending on the tenant.

What platforms do you guys like to use for your properties and why? 🤔

Happy Monday guys! 😁
