Chicagoland contractor /bathroom surround

Hello

I had someone do work on my tub wall. They added tile but it was too thick and now the faucet knob won’t stay on. Needless to say it was a horrible job. Please send recommendation for someone to install a bathtub surround in Chicago area(south side).
