RentRedi and Latchel

We have been using RentRedi for a few months and love it. It has saved me a bunch of time by automating everything and keeping things in one spot. I HATE receiving maintenance calls it totally ruins my day even if its something small like a breaker flipped. Has anyone used Latchel and do you recommend it. The thought of having someone answer the calls seems like a real life saver but I want to make sure its a quality experience for my tenants.
