How to create a lease for my tenants

I want to start using my business name to put on my future leases, so for taxes and if anything goes wrong it will be in my business name.   Can someone help with that I heard I should have an attorney look over the lease. How much does that cost and, Is it as simple as writing my bussinse name in where it says land lord name?    Trying to manage my properties better. Thank you!
