Any insight/tips on how to get started as a property manager

As I look to start my real estate investing journey, I am interested in property management for short-midterm rentals. I understand it’s a lot of investor who do not want to deal with the tenants, cleaning, and normal upkeep of their properties. So, I am looking to be that guy. Any information, tips, tricks, etc on how to get started.

The best way to get into that would be to work and learn under a property manager that is specifically helping short and mid-term rental owners.
