Property Management Firms in the Chicagoland Area

Kevin C.
Posted

Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations for property management firms in the Chicagoland area that don't charge 1st month's rent or re-leasing fees? This would be for 5 units.

Thanks

Quote from @Kevin C.:

Instead of looking for a property manager that doesn't charge a leasing fee, you should be looking for a property manager that maximizes your return through proper management of the rental. I'm the most expensive property manager in my area, but my Landlords get a better return because I take care of their property, income, time, and sanity like nobody else can.

If you think a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur.
