Hi,

We are looking for a property manager in San Jose.  I'm currently thinking to go the mid-term rental route, but part of what I'm hoping for is a property manager who is strategic and will help me determine the best option.  If you are suggesting someone please include why you appreciate their service.  Thanks.  PS. I was looking for a forum specific to the Bay Area, but I can't find one, but it looks like it is okay to post in this larger group. If there is a better forum, please advise.
