I am one of 5 board members of a property in Manhattan that has 76 apartments as well as sponsor-owned retail space. We are not satisfied with our current Property Manager. Any recommendations for a PM that is "on the ball", professional, and responsive? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
