Tenant wants husband removed from lease

Hello, I have a tenant with a short term rental expiring in January with possibility to renew, She called me this weekend and texted that she wants her husband removed from the lease and he is threatening that he won’t leave because his name is included in the lease. When I asked her for the reason in change she said alot about husband being drunk while she’s at work and he acts out when she’s home. I really don’t want to be put in the mix of that but I was wondering if anyone can advice on what to do here. Any insights will be so helpful. ☺️
