Any Active Users of Doorloop out there?

Trying to find someone who is currently using Doorloop.  They do not have a community forum or a way to communicate with other Doorloop users.  Not sure what they are hiding but I am trying to find other users to talk about the product with and see if they still find value in the product as they continue to use it or find things that are causing problems.
