Online rent collection question

Hi all,

I've been stewing on how to collect rent online for a while and I've got it narrowed down to Avail or Rent Redi. I'm curious what your experiences have been with either. Also one concern I have is can a tenant use either to make a partial payment ($1.00, for instance) to stave off the eviction process? I think this is a danger with Zelle and Venmo.

Thanks!

Happy with Apartments Dot Com. Would never utilize Zelle or Venmo.
