@Nicole H. - Join the Hampton Roads Landlord Association.  Membership is free and they hold lunch & learns on the topic of landlording in Virginia.  Last month members all shared their favorite lease terms.  Next month there is an attorney and military member presenting the ins and outs of the Service Members Civil Relief Act.  Here is a link to the club.  https://www.meetup.com/hrlandl...
