For no reason they just denied my account. After taking financial information they just said 'No'. No reason given but this.

Thank you for submitting your information for review. We have reviewed the information and we were not able to approve the profile for online payments. We will not be able to offer the rental payment processing feature for your property.

I asked for an explanation...got this.

We are not provided with any additional details from the review group. The group reviewed the information and did not approve the profile based on the requirements we have for reviewing profiles.

Then I explained I followed all the rules, provided all the necessary info....got this.

We declined your profile as we do not approve every profile based on our risk and security reviews.

Then I questioned what type of risk there is for a $3 transaction and told them I now have a security risk with them (they have voided check, DL, acct number)...got this.

We are responsible for any transactions processed on our system, not just the $3.00.
We deleted your property record, bank account, and profile from the system. We also deleted the upload so no information remains on the system following the denial.

No help offered, no interest in trying to resolve the issue.  Just 'no'.....wow was I in shock....

This company does not seem very legit to me.
