How to Get Better at Maintenance & Damage Issues
Quick question: what's your professional recommendation for maintenance and damage costs? Do you hire contractors/subcontractors that you know or
use franchises like Servpro, Merry Maids, Stanley Steamer??
We
are looking at a group of properties (PHX metro Arizona, Florida, and
Carolina) that will/need extensive cleaning and have no clue how to a:
get them done professionally and affordably while also b: keeping the
costs of the damage and maintenance minimal for the property in the
future.
Any suggestions and lessons you've learned from would be helpful so we can minimize costs and maximize happy paying tenants.
Thanks in advance and have a great one!
