Automating your property portfolio is the best way to go. 

The benefits of using an automated system range from the ability to maintain communication and access on the go, to saving time by accepting monthly rent and maintenance request submissions online but also benefiting to your tenant's credit.

But when do you start? With free software available I recommend implementing this as soon as your first tenant.

Personally, I have tried a couple of the popular software on the market. 

Experienced landlords, what software do you recommend for those with 1-2 properties vs land lords with 5+ ?
