I am considering being a a property manager in California can someone take me through the steps to become one? I like multi family and short term rentals. I am currently taking courses to get my real estate license! I live in Huntington Beach! If anyone out there would let me shadow them that is a PM…message me I’d really like to learn and see what the job looks like!
