Looking for reputable PM in Fort Worth
Hey there. My dad owns a SFH on the southern side of fort worth, he owned 2 additional but offloaded them last year due mostly to headaches. the Property manager he was using had very high tenant turnover and repetitive high expense (and suspicious) maintenance issues. So since then he has been self-managing and that also hasn't been going all that well. The current tenant pays a fraction of the rent if anything at all. I'm trying to hook him up with a PM that someone here has experience with. he's at retirement age and just needs an honest company to manage the property for him. Thanks!

@Jonathan Mooney thanks for posting! Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. And yes, having a good property manager is pretty important. There are many good managers in the area but I also vouch for @Kyle Mccaw with https://mccawpropertymanagemen... Kyle is an investor and thinks like us but he also has a great team of people at his company. Highly recommended.
