Looking For Property Manager in Pasadena CA

I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house with a private yard and garage. I would like to find a manager to handle all aspects of property management including finding a tenant. It's a popular area and should be pretty easy to fill. I just don't have the time for it anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried googling local companies and have not been able to connect with any representatives.
