Discibered broken storm window
I was at my rental property while tenant was away for a trade to do some work. I saw that a storm window had many cracks coming from a central point, as if something had hit it. This is clearly by some force, unlikely an act of god (ie tree branch). In what situation would you charge your tenant/deduct from the deposit or not collect from them at all? Thanks!
