How much ownership do I need to not need a license to manage it?

Basically what is the minimum I need to own in a property to make it legal for me to manage the property legally without a license? Or does anyone know where to find the answer? I just can’t seem to find it.

Depending on exactly what your concern is, or what you are trying to do, key points are that unlicensed, you can manage units belonging to ONE ownership entity, but must be licensed and working under a Broker to manage for multiple entities. Check with a knowledgeable Nebraska Real Estate Attorney to see if being a member in multiple different LLC's or other type of entities would be disallowed. If you are TRYING to circumvent the licensing laws, Bad Idea.
