I have one duplex. You guys have any recommendations? Most of my network is in more north of the state or they manage their own properties. How do you vet PMs you can trust if all you have is Google?

I would reach out to your local RE group and ask for a referral, at the same time use Google if able to. I feel like with PM, it is a trial and error process.
