Any recommandation for portable Air contioning unit?

Hello All,

This summer we have seen several maintenance requests for AC breakdown and with the heat this year it has become very difficult to keep tenants happy while AC unit it repaired which might take 2-3 days depending on parts needed. During those 2-3 days the best we could do for tenants was to provide them extra fans.

Can someone recommend a portable/Window AC unit which can be install quickly without a technician?

Do they even have units which don't require any kind of duct-work?
