What Utilities should I cover?
I just inherited a duplex. Looking for feedback as to utilities. Which should I cover and which should the tenant? Pros and cons to covering them? Thanks!!!!

state specific. in MA you can't charge period unless there are separate meters. Those base fees vs. shared are scary
