Augusta, GA Property Management Recommendations + Master's Rental

Hello,

I currently live in Texas but own a property in Augusta, GA. For the last two years I have paid a friend of mine to handle the property management work. I am now looking to transition to work with a real Property Management company however I am interested in continuing to use this property as a Master's rental. I already have a tenant, the lease is up and she is ready to sign for another year and is interested in doing the Master's rental as well. 

Please let me know if you are able to recommend any quality Property Management companies in the area that are open to being flexible with these types of arrangements.
