Best Platform/Software for collecting rent/self management?

Does anyone have recommendations for what software/platform you use to collect rent/generate leases etc? I've used apartments.com for a couple years but the rent payments sometimes almost take a week to be transferred to my bank and every month I have to move money from reserves to cover the mortgage, and then move it back once the rent hits (I'm trying to automate everything and this is annoying). I'm looking for something streamlined and simple (I only have a couple rentals and a few tenants) and I'm willing to pay for something that works. I've heard good things about rentredi but don't know anyone who uses it, would love some feedback! Thanks!
