Looking for a Airbnb/Vrbo/short term rental manager in Jax, FL

Hello, 

My name is Faith and I own a home in the Jax, FL area. I love my home and home location. I am also in the military. I rented my home for a short time on Airbnb and made not only my mortgage and other expenses, but few thousand dollars on my rental per month. As I am going through more and more of these books on Bigger Pockets, I realize that this is definitely something I want to do for the long run. As I mentioned before I am in the service, so most of the time I am away from my home. I believe that VRBO and Airbnb make me more money than a long term renter, on average. I would like to continue to rent my house and perhaps find something a little smaller and closer to my job when I am home base/inport. 

I am looking for a short-term rental manager that will take care of my home and make ready for guests while I am out on deployment via Airbnb/Vrbo.
