Security Deposit and Stained Sink

Can I charge a renter for a new sink. This was a brand new home (and sink). The stains will not come out and it’s pretty abused. Is this normal wear and tear? They must have had tomato sauce and red wine sitting in the sink for long periods. It’s a stainless steel sink.

Try to remove it first. Have you been there yourself and tried some elbow grease?
