Buying first STR - looking for property management company

Hey all,

Long time reader/listener, but my first time posting here! 

My dad and I are going to buy a Short Term Rental in up north Michigan.  We met with a management company (Evolve) yesterday evening.  A couple questions:

1) Have you worked with Evolve, and what was your experience?

2) Any other good STR property management companies you would recommend? (I already reached out to Vacasa; they do not operate in the area we are looking).
