Hello all, A family member of mine is looking into buying a property in the Fairview, NC area. I have studied the area on Airdna and it appears it would do pretty good. My question is what are people charging for property management in the area. Usually, I would offer to manage it myself but I have twins due this monday and another 2 year old at home so I am unable to at this time. I appreciate yalls help.
