Property is located in Mesquite, Texas.

Property Manager Responsibility:

1. 1. Assist specifically with the transition of renters and finding new renters
2. 2. Insuring any repairs/cleaning gets taken care of
3. 3. Getting lease signed and ensuring new tenants move-in goes smoothly BUT not monthly property management beyond that.

Move out date is June 13 so this is ASAP.
