PM tools with full-service maintenance and leasing capability

Hello everyone:

We are a working couple who own a few out of state rental properties in AL, FL, GA etc. While we currently have property management companies in place for managing these properties, we wanted to leverage some PM management tools that could help us on costs.

We are looking at some full-scale PM solution that could not only help with rent collection/accounting etc. but also help us with leasing/showing services, maintenance request management (receiving phone calls, logging requests, scheduling activities within local vendor network and ensuring closure of activities) activities.

Most of the PM tools that we reviewed (buildium, tenant cloud, etc.) seem to offer features for either PM companies or DIY landlords. However, we would prefer to be more hands-off with PM related activities where possible. One possible PM option seems to be is RentRedi, where they seem to provide an integrated vendor network (Latchel) for maintenance activities. However we weren't sure if folks had any first hand experience use either RentRedi or other similar full-integrated solutions.

In btw, we didn't see too many positive responses for hemlane and so haven't looked at it.

Appreciate any insights or thoughts or suggestions based on your experience!

Thanks

AG
