Leasing/ Showing Assistant Needed - SFR Independence MO

Hey Everyone!

I’ve got a rental up for lease renewal at the end of the month. I currently manage it from Illinois but am looking for someone that I can pay an hourly rate to do a couple of things for me (move-out and move-in inspections, showings, etc). I will be advertising, screamening tenants, etc but need someone there to do just a few of these in person tasks.

This may work well for someone just getting started… I’m more than happy to share my processes! OR, If you’ve been in it for a while and just want to lend a helping hand! 😁
