Short term rental management near Purdue?

Considering going into getting into short-term rental business around Purdue campus, AirBnB seems extremely lucrative. Does anybody know of a local agency that will manage for absentee AirBnB owners? There is one agency in Indianapolis specializing in AirBnB that offers exorbitant rates, otherwise in Lafayette/West Lafayette you have the old-school campus agencies that have no incentive to take you on.
