Coffee setup: K Cup or Pot?

Setting up a STR and looking for feedback on what the best choice for a coffee setup is. Not sure if a pot invites poor guest management of it and overuse of grinds than they need or if K Cups are just overpriced and hyper wasteful but self-regulate the customer.

Thoughts and feedback greatly appreciated :)

K cups  are easy to use, very little mess. Leave six pods per guest for under $3.

Coffee pots are also easy. Most adults know how to make a pot and clean up after themselves. Leave a small Tupperware container with enough grounds for two pots of coffee per guest for under $0.50.

I hate k cups for the environment (along with bottled water and capri sun pouches) but it's a personal choice.
