Need a solid trustworthy property manager in South Chicago

Hello amigos, I'm new to BP website I and hope you can guide me finding a Property Manager for a multi-unit building located in a safe pocket in South Shore, Chicago IL.  I had to move out of town for work, I really need someone with experience and that would treat the property as his own (creative thinking of rehabbing, repairs, handling calls for maintenance, showing and "selling" the apartments for rent, making sure the property is clean) Given is not a full time job with only 10 unit property, could ideally be someone that already manages other similar properties as well, or a manager with experience looking to be in charge of a small property on the side.

The building has been rehabbed little by little, but still want to make it better with with a manager's experience in improving it and making it more profitable.  Any help or suggestions will be truly appreciated. :)

Thank you!!
