House Rules for Multi family Tenants

Hello everyone. New Landlord and BP pro member here. I've had this duplex we are currently house hacking for 6 months now and am about to have inherited tenants sign a new L.A.  I am using the BP pro LA for my state. The package doesn't include a House Rules document. Does anyone know if BP has one available anywhere on the site. I've looked up and down but can't find one. I have the old one the previous Management company had for the property, but I'd like to have a different one. It's a thorough document for House Rules that I could copy and remove their letterheads and such but was hoping to have a different one completely for the tenants, even if its practically the same rules. Thank you all in advance
