Eviction timeline in Erie and Niagara County, New York

I have a rental in Erie County outside of Buffalo and am in the process of buying a multi family in Lockport, Niagara County. I was wondering if anyone recently has had to evict in either of these two counties and how long it is taking now? I've heard it takes 6 months in Erie County but am not certain.
Thanks in advance
-John

@John W. I did not evict through courts, but I closed on a property in January with a tenant in place on month to month. My attorney sent a notice to vacate letter delivered to tenant before end of January that required them out by the end of February. According to my attorney you need to give at least a full month notice.
