PM responsibility from break in & theft

A week after a squatting tenant was removed, our place was broken in to and they stole the water heater, furnace and coil, and caused a lot of damage to the house. Looking to be very expensive to replace these items and get it back to rent-ready.

Submitting insurance claims for the stolen items, but my question- is there any responsibility to the property management group in these scenarios to cover some of this cost?

Thanks in advanced!
