Rent Collection Software
I have 6 units I manage and I'm tired of collecting rent myself. I was able to get everyone to deposit the money in the bank for me under an account I opened just for rent. However, it's always a hassle to apply late fees and other charges. Tenants either refuse to deposit the missing amount or flat out lie about even knowing about it. I've checked epayrents.com, sparkrental.com, apartments.com but wanted to hear from others about their experiences with these companies. Thank you.
